At OpenSky Learning, Inc. we know from experience how to motivate learning and develop effective computer based testing and training.

Good training requires tracking. Tracking requires skill assessment. Assessments are effective when they reflect real job skills. A good job task analysis is an important step in developing effective training and testing. The missing link, and the reason most web training programs are ineffective, is that the training lacks a good performance exercise to track the learning.
